Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later at the age of 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. She won her Pro Card only one year later, at the age of 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. Her return to competition in 2015 continued previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting new goals every year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of the year. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel had a long break when she earned her Professional card to get her degree from college. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she was 3rd overall at the event. The summer of 2016 saw her named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three months later and returned with a 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by her result. It's not surprising that she did so well considering the competition. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, one-arm pull-downs using lats with a machine. and sitting rows. In the beginning, she is warm before moving on to her working sets. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. Her back exercise routine is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
